Two toppings for matzo bread

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Ripe avocado;
½ teaspoon Garlic powder;
1 dash Tabasco sauce;
\N \N Matzo bread;
1 can Tuna;
2 tablespoons Mayo, homemade yeastfree
1 \N Jalapeno pepper; finely minced
\N \N Matzo bread;
1 teaspoon Paprika;
1 \N Cucumber; sliced
2 \N Tomatoes; sliced



TOPPING 1: Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and stir until mixed. Serve spread on matzo bread, or use as a dip for the bread.

TOPPING 2: Preheat broiler. Break matzo bread into large pieces. Set aside. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and paprika together. Spread tuna over matzo pieces. Layer each piece with cucumber and tomato slices. Broil 3 minutes, serve hot. Serves 2.
