| 1 | can | Tuna; |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mayo, homemade yeastfree |
| 1 | Jalapeno pepper; finely minced | |

| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika; |
| 1 | Cucumber; sliced | |
| 2 | Tomatoes; sliced | |

TOPPING 2
TOPPING 1: Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and stir until mixed. Serve spread on matzo bread, or use as a dip for the bread.
TOPPING 2: Preheat broiler. Break matzo bread into large pieces. Set aside. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and paprika together. Spread tuna over matzo pieces. Layer each piece with cucumber and tomato slices. Broil 3 minutes, serve hot. Serves 2.
