¼ cup | Matzo meal |
½ cup | Cake flour |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
¼ cup | Pecan nuts, ground |
⅓ cup | Oil |
\N \N | Cold water |
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and, with a fork or pastry blender, mix in oil and just enough water to make a moist dough. Pat into a 9" (1 L) pie plate and bake at 400 degF (200 degC) for 10 minutes or until brown.
