Turmeric mash

Measure Ingredient
25 grams Butter; (1 oz)
450 grams Potatoes; (cooked and mashed)
\N \N ; (1lb)
1 bunch Spring onions
1 \N Heaped tsp turmeric

In a pan heat the butter and the spring onions and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the turmeric and fry for a further 30 seconds. Heat the potato and combine with the onions and turmeric. Serve at once.
