| 2 | 3 cloves garlic, minced | |

| 1 | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| 12 | ounces | Fresh sliced mushrooms |
| 2 | cups | Skim milk |
| ⅓ | cup | Flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Beef boullion granules |
Directions
saute ground turkey with onion and garlic. add paprika, dill weed and mushrooms. mix milk, flour, and boullion. add to meat mixture. simmer 5-10 minutes untill mushrooms and onion are cooked and mixture is thickened. add salt and pepper to taste. stir frequently. just before serving, stir in 4 oz non-fat sour cream, serve over eggless noodles or pasta.
