Turkey stroganoff

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Frozen broccoli flowerets --
\N \N Cut 1/4 in strips
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
¼ cup Chopped onion
3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
1 can Chicken broth -- 10 3/4 oz
\N \N Undiluted
2 cups Cooked turkey -- cubed
1 cup Sour cream -- 8 oz
1 can Mushroom pieces -- drained
½ teaspoon Dried rosemary
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a 2 qt. microwave-safe casserole, melt butter. Add onion; cover and cook on hith until tender. Add flour and blend well. Whisk in broth; cook on high for 4-6 min. or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every 2 min. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Cook on high for 2-3 min. or until heated through stirring once. Serve over noodles. Yield: 4 servings.
