Turkey rolls with stuffing

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Chicken flavor stuffing mix
1⅔ cup Water
6 \N Turkey or chicken cutlets; pounded very thin
6 tablespoons All purpose flour
1 dash Pepper; optional
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
½ cup Dry white wine
⅓ cup Water

Combine contents of vegetable seasoning packet and 1⅔ cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Add contents of 1 stuffing crumb packet; stir to moisten. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

Spoon stuffing evenly onto one end of each cutlet. Roll; secure with wooden pick or tie with string. Mix flour and pepper. Coat rolls with flour and brown in hot butter in skillet. Add wine and ⅓ cup water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes, turning twice. Makes 6 servings.
