Turkey ziti

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box (1 lb.) ziti, cooked
1½ pounds Ground turkey
2 cups Onions, chopped
1½ \N Jrs Classico Tomato Basil sauce
2 cups Mozz. cheese, shredded
1 cup Spinach, thawed and drained
½ cup Red wine
3 \N Cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 teaspoons Capers
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper

Cook ziti according to package directions. In large skillet brown turkey and onions. Drain. Add garlic, saute for a couple of minutes, and add the pasta sauce, spices, and wine. Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach and capers. Add the drained ziti and place into a large casserole dish. Top w/ Mozz. Cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until it is bubbly.
