Turkey pasta salad .

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
1 Package(about 1 1/4 pounds) fresh turkey breast slices
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
3 larges Stalks celery, sliced
4 mediums Green onions (with tops), sliced
1 can (141/2 ounces) whole tomatoes, drained and cut up
1 Jar (6 ounces) marinated art}choke heart*, undrained and cut up
1 Package(about 9 ounces) cheese Tortellini, cooked and drained
1 cup Italian dressing

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Sprinkle turkey with Italian seasoning. Cook in hot oil about 2 minutes on each side or until no longer pink; drain and cool. Cut turkey crosswise into l/2-inch strips. Toss with remaining ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until flavors are blended. 6 servings. (
