1 | Package(about 1 1/4 pounds) fresh turkey breast slices | |
½ | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
3 | larges | Stalks celery, sliced |
4 | mediums | Green onions (with tops), sliced |
1 | can | (141/2 ounces) whole tomatoes, drained and cut up |
1 | Jar (6 ounces) marinated art}choke heart*, undrained and cut up | |
1 | Package(about 9 ounces) cheese Tortellini, cooked and drained | |
1 | cup | Italian dressing |
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Sprinkle turkey with Italian seasoning. Cook in hot oil about 2 minutes on each side or until no longer pink; drain and cool. Cut turkey crosswise into l/2-inch strips. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until flavors are blended. 6 servings. (
