Turkey pasta salad .

Ingredients

1tablespoonOlive or vegetable oil
1Package(about 1 1/4 pounds) fresh turkey breast slices
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
3largesStalks celery, sliced
4mediumsGreen onions (with tops), sliced
1can(141/2 ounces) whole tomatoes, drained and cut up
1Jar (6 ounces) marinated art}choke heart*, undrained and cut up
1Package(about 9 ounces) cheese Tortellini, cooked and drained
1cupItalian dressing

Directions

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Sprinkle turkey with Italian seasoning. Cook in hot oil about 2 minutes on each side or until no longer pink; drain and cool. Cut turkey crosswise into l/2-inch strips. Toss with remaining ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until flavors are blended. 6 servings. (
