Turkey and pasta salad

Ingredients

6ouncesRadiatori or rotelli pasta
1mediumApple; cored and cut into very thin slices
1tablespoonLime or lemon juice
½poundsSmoked turkey breast; cut into bite-size pieces
1cupFresh strawberries;, quartered
½cupSliced celery
¼cupFat-free plain yogurt
2tablespoonsFat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
2tablespoonsSkim milk
4teaspoonsDijon-style mustard
¼teaspoonCelery seed
1tablespoonFresh marjoram leaves

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain well. Toss apple slices with lime or lemon juice to coat. In a large mixing bowl combine the cooked pasta with apple, turkey, strawberries and celery.

For dressing: In a small bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, milk, mustard, and celery seed. Drizzle dressing over pata mixture; toss gently to coat. Top with marjoram. Makes 8 side dishes or 4 main-dish servings.
