Measure Ingredient
1½ cup MILK, SCALDED
1½ cup WATER (TO COOL)
4 eaches EGGS
2 packs YEAST
⅔ cup SUGAR
2 teaspoons Salt
2 eaches STICKS OLEO

Scald milk and add water to cool. Add eggs, yeast, sugar and salt.

Mix all ingredients with a mixer. Add 9 cups flour. Make a pond in flour and add liquid mixture. Do not mix! Place lid on bowl. When lid breaks seal, add 2 sticks oleo. Mix flour and liquid and reseal until lid breaks seal again. Put in 3 loaf pans or make cinnamon rolls.

Bake bread at 350F for 1 hour. Bake cinnamon rolls for 10 to 15 minutes..... Enid State School Employee Association, Cook book (DESIGNS FO COOKING).
