Tuna swiss pie

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 can Tuna, 13 oz. drained&flaked
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded 4 oz.
½ cup Green onion, sliced
3 \N Eggs
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Milk

Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, toss next 3 ingredients; spoon into pastry.

In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Slowly pour over tuna mixture. Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Randy Rigg
