Tuna alfredo with angel hair

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pack Creamette Angel Hair, cooked as package directs and drained
4 cups Small fresh broccoli flowerets, steamed OR
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (10 oz)
2 cans StarKist Select Solid Light Tuna in Spring Water, well drained (6 oz ea)
1 cup Part skim ricotta cheese
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup Borden or Meadow Gold Lowfat Milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon Garlic salt
1 small Red bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter

Directions

In small bowl, combine StarKist Select Tuna, cheese, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic salt; mix well. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook bell pepper in maragrine until tender. Stir in tuna mixture then angel hair and broccoli. Mix well. Heat through. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
