Tuna alfredo with angel hair

½ | pack | Creamette Angel Hair, cooked as package directs and drained |
4 | cups | Small fresh broccoli flowerets, steamed OR |
1 | pack | Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (10 oz) |
2 | cans | StarKist Select Solid Light Tuna in Spring Water, well drained (6 oz ea) |
1 | cup | Part skim ricotta cheese |
½ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
¾ | cup | Borden or Meadow Gold Lowfat Milk |
1 | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
¾ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
1 | small | Red bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine or butter |
Directions
In small bowl, combine StarKist Select Tuna, cheese, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic salt; mix well. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook bell pepper in maragrine until tender. Stir in tuna mixture then angel hair and broccoli. Mix well. Heat through. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
