Tuna alfredo with angel hair

Ingredients

½packCreamette Angel Hair, cooked as package directs and drained
4cupsSmall fresh broccoli flowerets, steamed OR
1packFrozen chopped broccoli, thawed (10 oz)
2cansStarKist Select Solid Light Tuna in Spring Water, well drained (6 oz ea)
1cupPart skim ricotta cheese
½cupGrated Parmesan cheese
¾cupBorden or Meadow Gold Lowfat Milk
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
¾teaspoonGarlic salt
1smallRed bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
2tablespoonsMargarine or butter

Directions

In small bowl, combine StarKist Select Tuna, cheese, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic salt; mix well. In large skillet, over medium heat, cook bell pepper in maragrine until tender. Stir in tuna mixture then angel hair and broccoli. Mix well. Heat through. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
