Tuna, olive and feta pizza

Ingredients

1220 gram Lon Life pizza base
2tablespoonsSundried tomato paste
1tablespoonFresh basil; finely chopped
2Cloves garlic; finely chopped
2Tomatoes; skinned and sliced
1185 gram can tuna in water; drained
100gramsFeta cheese; roughly cut into
; chunks (3 1/2oz)
50gramsBlack pitted olives; (2oz)
4Anchovies; cut into 4 pieces

Directions

Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.

Spread the pizza base with the sundried tomato paste and sprinkle over the chopped basil and garlic.

Arrange the tomatoes on top and flake the tuna on top of them.

Add the feta chunks, olives and anchovies to the top of the pizza.

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until hot all the way through.
