Tuna pizza with caponata and prosciutto

| 1 | 12-inch italian bread shell for pizza | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | can | (7 1/2 oz.) caponata |
| 1 | can | (6 oz.) starkist solid white tuna; drained and chunked |
| 8 | slices | (1 oz.) prosciutto |
| 2 | Plum tomatoes; sliced 1/4, up to 3 | |
| 1 | cup | Crumbled feta cheese |
| 1 | cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
| Crushed red pepper | ||
Directions
1. Place bread shell on foil-lined baking sheet; brush to edge with oil.
2. Spread caponata to within 1 inch of edge.
3. Top with tuna, prosciutto, tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses.
4. Bake in a 450 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until cheeses are melted and pizza is heated through. Cool 1 minute before slicing.
5. Serve with crushed red pepper, if desired.
