Tsuke-jiru dipping sauce

2tablespoonsMirin (sweet rice vinegar)
¼cupLow sodium soy sauce
1cupDashi (japanese soup stock)
¼cupKatsuobushi (dried bonita shavings)

Directions

Combine ingredients, bring to a boil. Strain through fine sieve. Cool to room temperature.
