Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground lamb
½ cup Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
4 \N Hamburger buns (toasted &
\N \N Buttered)

Combine lamb, onion, mustard, garlic salt, salt & pepper in bowl; mix well. Divide meat into 4 equal parts; shape into patties. Broil 3-4" from broiler 5-6 minutes per side. Place one patty on each bun.
