|1 pounds||Ground lamb|
|1 tablespoon||Plain nonfat yogurt; plus 1 teaspoon|
|1¼ teaspoon||Fresh oregano; minced|
|¾ teaspoon||Fresh thyme; minced|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice; plus 1 teaspoon|
|2||Garlic cloves. finely minced|
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Grill the burgers, turning once, according to the following guidelines: 6 minutes for rare, 8 minutes for medium, or 10 minutes for well done.
