|4 \N||Fillets of trout|
|½ cup||Chopped almonds|
|⅛ teaspoon||Black pepper|
|2 \N||Sticks of butter or margarine|
Dip fillets in milk. Season with salt & pepper. Coat with flour. Melt butter or margarine in skillet and cook fillets, browning evenly on both sides. Remove fish from skillet and saute almonds for about 10 minutes. Serve almonds over trout fillets.
