Trout amandine

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Fillets of trout
⅓ cup Flour
¼ cup Butter
¾ cup Milk
Salt & pepper
½ cup Almonds, chopped

Dip trout in milk. Season with salt & pepper, roll in flour. Cook trout in butter until evenly browned on both sides. Remove fish and saute shopped almonds in drippings. Sprinkle over fish. Courtesy Telephone Pioneers BillSpalding *P CRBR 38 A
