Tropical chicken salad ^

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Diced cooked chicken
4 slices Pineapple, diced
2 Bananas, diced
1 cup Chopped celery
½ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salad greens

Toss all ingredients except salad greens. Refrigerate 1 hour until well chilled. Line bowl with greens. Spoon chicken salad on top and serve.
