Triple cheese pie

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Small curd cottage cheese; creamed |
| 1 | cup | Mozzarella cheese; shredded |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Bisquick® baking mix |
| ¾ | cup | French fried onions (Durkee) |
Directions
Heat oven to 400F. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix cheeses; spread in plate.
Beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with electric mixer on high. Pour into plate; sprinkle with onions. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
