Tomato-meat sauce

½ | pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
6 | mediums | Fresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and cut up |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | American Heart Association original herb seasoning |
½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Basil leaves |
¼ | cup | Red wine |
In large skillet, combine beef, onion and garlic; cook until beef is no longer pink. Set aside. In blender, combine remaining ingredients; process for 30 seconds. Add tomato mixture to meat and vegetables; simmer for 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. FROM "CREAMETTE GOOD HEALTH
