Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Lean ground beef |
1 medium | Onion; chopped |
2 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
6 mediums | Fresh tomatoes; peeled, seeded and cut up |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | American Heart Association original herb seasoning |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Basil leaves |
¼ cup | Red wine |
In large skillet, combine beef, onion and garlic; cook until beef is no longer pink. Set aside. In blender, combine remaining ingredients; process for 30 seconds. Add tomato mixture to meat and vegetables; simmer for 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers. FROM "CREAMETTE GOOD HEALTH
