Tomato cooler

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Tomatoes
1½ teaspoon Sugar
2 \N Pinches pepper powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water
5 \N Icecubes crushed; (5 to 6)
2 \N Mint leaves; (2 to 3)

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Remove, peel and blend.

Strain, cool and chill well

Just before serving, put all ingredients in a mixie.

Blend well and serve in tall glasses.

Making time: 10 minutes (excluding cooling time) Makes: 2 glasses
