Tomato basil mozzarella salad - southern living

Yield: 5 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Tomatoes; cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese; cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
1½ tablespoon Olive oil
1½ tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Garnish: fresh basil sprigs

Recipe by: Southern Living Magazine Arrange tomato and cheese alternately on individual serving plates, overlapping edges. Combine olive oil and lemon juice; brush over top.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cover and chill. Garnish, if desired.

Makes 4 to 6 Servings.
