Tofu guacamole

Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Avocados |
| ¼ | cup | Onions; chopped |
| ½ | pounds | Tofu, soft |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | medium | Garlic clove; crushed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cumin, ground |
| 4 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 | large | Tomato, ripe; chopped |
| Black pepper and cayenne to taste | ||
| Parsley; chopped, for garnish | ||
Directions
Mash avocados and add in remaining ingredients. Mash together all but parsley. Leave avocado seed in dip so it doesn't turn brown. Chill dip for 2 hours. Serve cold.
