Tofu mayo

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Soft silken tofu; mashed
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Garlic clove; crushed
2½ tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Rice syrup

Drain tofu for 15 to 29 minutes and squeeze out any excess water.

Blend all ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If mixure seems too thick, add one teaspoon of water.

Per serving (1 tbs): 33 cal; 3 g prot; 7 mg sod; 1 g carb; 2 g fat; 0 mg chol; 33 mg cal
