| 2 | larges | Red onions sliced thinly |
| 2 | larges | Yellow onions sliced thinly |
| 6 | cups | Flour |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cayenne |
| 2 | tablespoons | Paprika |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| Oil for deep frying | ||
Directions
Combine flour, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper. Dredge onions in the seasoned flour. Shake off the excess flour. Fry onions until golden brown.
Use as a "bed" for chicken breasts.
