Toasted cheese fingers

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cheese; grated
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Durkees sauce
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
\N \N Thin bread slices
\N \N Melted butter
\N 5 minutes.

Mix cheese and mayonnaise; add seasonings and mix well. Remove crusts from bread and cut each slice into 3 strips. Spread one strip with cheese mixture; top with another strip. Brush with butter.
