Tidbit cookies

Measure Ingredient
3 1oz squares unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tablespoons Butter
1 Egg
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Pecan pieces
10 ounces Miniature marshmallows
Shredded coconut

Melt butter and chocolate together. In a large bowl, beat egg and powdered sugar until well blended. Add vanilla and pecans. Add chocolate mixture and marshmallows and stir to combine all ingredients evenly. Form into logs on waxed paper sprinkled with coconut, and coat all sides of the logs with coconut. Wrap and freeze until needed. Slice and serve.
