Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Butter or lard |
| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Milk |
| 2½ | cup | Cake flour, sifted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Baking powder |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs. Add milk and beat well. Sift together flour and baking powder; stir into sugar milk mixture. Roll out on floured surface until thin. Cut into circles. Bake in a moderate oven till browned.
