The jigg-o-lantern

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (85 gram) jello orange jelly powder
1 cup Boiling water
2 cups Vanilla ice cream, softened


assorted candies ( they show licorice whips, cut to form eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows and a nib for the hat) Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, whisking until smooth.

Pour into dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Make pumpkin faces on jelly with candies. Makes 4 servings. Origin: Jell-o recipe card from store Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Sept/94.
