|2 teaspoons||Olive oil|
|1 small||Onion; sliced and separated into rings|
|½ \N||Green pepper; diced|
|2 \N||Cloves garlic; minced|
|½ teaspoon||Dried oregano leaves|
|1 pounds||Tenderloin tips; cut into lengthwise strips|
|4 \N||Pita pockets; cut in half|
Combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add beef strips, brown all sides and season to taste.
Place ¼ meat mixture into a pita and top with Sour Cream Dill Sauce or another sauce of you choice.
