Tenderloin pita pockets

Ingredients

| 2 | teaspoons | Olive oil |
| 1 | small | Onion; sliced and separated into rings |
| ½ | Green pepper; diced | |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano leaves |
| 1 | pounds | Tenderloin tips; cut into lengthwise strips |
| 4 | Pita pockets; cut in half | |
Directions
Combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add beef strips, brown all sides and season to taste.
Place ¼ meat mixture into a pita and top with Sour Cream Dill Sauce or another sauce of you choice.
