Tenderloin pita pockets

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 small Onion; sliced and separated into rings
½ \N Green pepper; diced
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Dried oregano leaves
1 pounds Tenderloin tips; cut into lengthwise strips
4 \N Pita pockets; cut in half

Combine oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and oregano in a non-stick frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add beef strips, brown all sides and season to taste.

Place ¼ meat mixture into a pita and top with Sour Cream Dill Sauce or another sauce of you choice.
