4slicesCooked turkey ham
8Romaine lettuce leaves
8Radicchio or red cabbage leaves
¼Red onion; sliced
½cupAlfalfa sprouts
1Tomato; sliced
4Whole wheat pita bread loaves warm, top third cut off
½cupItalian dressing

Directions

Divide first 7 ingredients equally and stuff into pita breads. Pour dressing over and serve.
