Presto pita pockets

1cupPrecooked turkey; chunked
½cupStore bought ham luncheon slices; sliced
½cupChunked Swiss cheese
½cupChunked cheddar cheese
1largeTomato; thinly sliced
1mediumRed onion; thinly sliced
½cupAlfalfa sprouts
Sweet and sour dressing; ( in the bottle)
2tablespoonsMinced parsley

Directions

In a microwave oven heat pita bread until just warm (about 15 seconds), careful not to cook too long or pita bread will become tough. Slice one end of the pita bread and open it up as a pocket. In each pita pocket, fill with turkey, ham, Swiss and cheddar cheese, tomato and red onion. Add sprouts on top of filling. Pour sweet and sour dressing over the top of the filling. To serve, sprinkle parsley on top.
