| 1 | small | Egg; cooked hard -- peeled |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parsley -- finely minced |
| Finely chopped | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Scallion -- green and white |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| Finely minced | ||
| Tiny pinch curry powder | ||
Directions
