½teaspoonLemon rind grated
1smallEgg; cooked hard -- peeled
1tablespoonParsley -- finely minced
Finely chopped
2teaspoonsScallion -- green and white
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely minced
Tiny pinch curry powder

Directions
