Taos honey lemon dressing

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 lemon

1 c honey

½ c unseasoned rice vinegar

¼ c peanut oil

1 ts pure red chile powder

Zest the lemon, being careful not to include any of the bitter white part. Finely mince the zest. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl, and add the zest and remaining ingredients.
