2 | slices | Tofu; (bean curd) |
1 | tablespoon | Oil |
2 | tablespoons | Sweet soy sauce |
1 | Whole blended chilli | |
2 | Stalks chopped coriander | |
2 | Stalks chopped spring onion |
Directions
Shallow fry the bean curd with 1tsp of oil until light brown for 2 minutes.
Add blended chilli together with coriander and spring onions in a bowl.
Stir the ingredients together and pour on top of the bean curd. Lastly, add the sweet soy sauce.
