Hot spicy bean curd

Ingredients

2eachesGreen onions, chopped
1teaspoonGarlic, chopped
1eachGreen chilies, chopped
1tablespoonSalted black beans
1poundsBean curd, cubed
1tablespoonSoy sauce
1teaspoonBrown sugar
½cupStock
1teaspoonCornstarch dissolved in 1 tb water

Directions

Heat oil in a wok & fry the onion, garlic & chili for 30 seconds. Add salted beans & bean curd, fry gently till bean curd turns golden.

Add the rest of the ingredients & cook until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot over noodles or fried rice.
