2Cloves crushed garlic
2tablespoonsOyster sauce

1teaspoonCornflour

Directions

Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1 minute.

Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornflour. Boil together. Serve hot.
