Diabetic cupcakes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 can Crushed pineapple; undrained
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 cups Diced bananas; (about 2 lg. ones)
1 teaspoon Baking soda
4 teaspoons Sweet and Low
1½ cup Cooking oil

Put all ingredients in bowl. Blend do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for cupcakes; tube pan - for cake 80 minutes.
