Diabetic cupcakes

| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | can | Crushed pineapple; undrained |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 2 | cups | Diced bananas; (about 2 lg. ones) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 4 | teaspoons | Sweet and Low |
| 1½ | cup | Cooking oil |
Directions
Put all ingredients in bowl. Blend do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for cupcakes; tube pan - for cake 80 minutes.
