Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Spaghetti sauce |
½ teaspoon | Dried whole oregano |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
1¾ pounds | Beef round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 6 pieces |
2 mediums | Onions, cut into chunks |
½ pounds | Small whole fresh mushrooms (about 2 cups) |
Stir first four ingredients together in bowl.
Place steak pieces in 3½ quart slow cooker. Pour ⅓ of sauce over and between pieces.
Sprinkle onion and mushrooms over top. Pour remaining ⅔ of sauce over all. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours or on High for 3 ½ to 4 ½ hours. Serves: 6 Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@... Source: Company's Coming.
