½cupFlour
1xMedium onion
Peeled & sliced
1xMedium bell pepper
Seeded & sliced
2cupsV-8 or tomatoe juice

Directions

Place onions and bell peppers in bottom of crockpot. Pound flour in the steak (seasoned with salt and pepper) with a meat mallet until meat is tender. Brown in hot oil, and place in crock pot over the onions and peppers. Cover with the V-8 juice or tomato juice. Set on low and cook until done (it is OK if it cooks all day). Serve over cooked rice...
