| 1 | gallon | Bread crumbs |
| 1 | quart | Diced onions |
| ⅓ | cup | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Pepper |
| 1 | quart | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Drippings from meat |
| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Browning sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1 | Tap pepper | |
| 1 | can | (#10) tomato sauce |
Directions
TOMATO GRAVY
1. combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and milk.
2. shape into 2 1/1 oz. portion patties unsing #10 scoop. or make 2 rows of meat mixture in a 2 in pan.
3. bake at 325 degrees until brown.
4. place in steam table pan and cover with gravy.
Tomato Gravy:
