2clovesGarlic; finely minced
cupBell pepper; chopped
½cupOnion; chopped
1smallCan chopped mushrooms; with liquid
10½canTomato soup

Directions

Combine flour, salt, and pepper; coat both sides of roast. Brown in hot shortening in Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer over low heat 2 hours or until tender.
