Swiss egg cakes

| 1 | cup | Milk -- nonfat (skim) |
| ¼ | cup | Milk,non-instant -- skim* |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| ¼ | cup | Soy powder |
| ¼ | cup | Swiss cheese |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil -- sesame |
| 1⅓ | teaspoon | Sugar substitute |
Directions
Preparation Time: 0:15 1. Mix together flour, powdered milk, soy powder, salt, and sugar substitute. 2. Add skim milk, swiss cheese and eggs and beat well. 3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in large skillet and pour in ¼ cup of batter. Saute on both sides until browned. 4. Use remaining batter the same way.
