Swiss egg cakes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Flour -- whole-wheat
1 cup Milk -- nonfat (skim)
¼ cup Milk,non-instant -- skim*
4 Eggs
¼ cup Soy powder
¼ cup Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Oil -- sesame
1⅓ teaspoon Sugar substitute

Preparation Time: 0:15 1. Mix together flour, powdered milk, soy powder, salt, and sugar substitute. 2. Add skim milk, swiss cheese and eggs and beat well. 3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in large skillet and pour in ¼ cup of batter. Saute on both sides until browned. 4. Use remaining batter the same way.
