Eggs a' la suisse

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Grated Havarti cheese
6 Eggs
½ cup Light cream
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Butter an earthenware baking dish. Sprinkle half the cheese in dish. Break eggs into small bowl & slide on top of cheese; (don't break yolks). Pour in cream. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & remaining cheese. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Serve at once.
