|2 cups||Cooked swiss chard; (2 to 3)|
|1 tablespoon||Olive oil; (1 to 2)|
|1 small||Clov garlic; crushed and minced|
|1 small||Onion; diced|
|Crumbled cooked sausage and diced|
|; potatoes are optional|
Heat olive oil on medium heat and saute onions and garlic till onions are glassy. Add chopped swiss chard and stir-fry till coated with olive oil, garlic and onions. Add salt and pepper. (Then add sausage and potatoes if desired). Turn to low heat and stir-fry or saute till greens are soft and pliable. Serve as a side dish or as a main entree with sausage and potato ingredients. Very tasty and nutritious. Serves 2-4 Enjoy!
