Swiss chard saute

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked swiss chard; (2 to 3)
1 tablespoon Olive oil; (1 to 2)
1 small Clov garlic; crushed and minced
1 small Onion; diced
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Crumbled cooked sausage and diced
\N \N ; potatoes are optional

Heat olive oil on medium heat and saute onions and garlic till onions are glassy. Add chopped swiss chard and stir-fry till coated with olive oil, garlic and onions. Add salt and pepper. (Then add sausage and potatoes if desired). Turn to low heat and stir-fry or saute till greens are soft and pliable. Serve as a side dish or as a main entree with sausage and potato ingredients. Very tasty and nutritious. Serves 2-4 Enjoy!
