Sweet potato crisp #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
7 cups Cooked; mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Butter
2 \N Eggs; well beaten
⅓ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¾ cup Melted butter
1 cup Light brown sugar
½ cup Flour
1 cup Chopped pecans

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, ¾ cup butter, eggs, milk and vanilla.

Blend in mixer until creamy. Combine brown sugar annd flour; add melted butter; add pecans. Place sweet potato mixture in large casserole. Cover with brown sugar mixture. Bake at 350 until heated thoroughly.
