Sweet potatoe crunch

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked sweet potatoes
½ cup Butter
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup Flour-plain
¾ cup Sugar
½ \N Bag of marshmellows
1 cup Chopped nuts (pecans)
⅓ cup Butter

TOPPING

May use can mashed sweet potatoes. Season with vanilla (1 t), salt (½ t), cinnamon ½ tsp. Whip all together and pour in greased casserole. Mix topping ingredients on top and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
