Sweet potato balls

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Sweet Potatoes; Cooked, Mashed |
| ¼ | cup | Butter |
| ¼ | cup | Brown Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Orange Rind; Grated |
| 16 | Marshmallows; Large | |
| 1½ | cup | Cornflakes; Crushed |
Directions
1. Mash sweet potatoes with other ingredients.
2. Shape about ¼ cup of this mixture around a regular size marshmallow.
3. Than roll in crushed cornflake crumbs.
4. Put balls in greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until marshmallows begin to ooze out.
